The inn & country hotel "To the Three Swans" has a long tradition. It goes back to the beginning of the last century. In 1994 it was completely rebuilt by the Volkland family in its current appearance and operated until April 2009.
With the takeover in May 2009, my long-cherished dream of owning a restaurant came true. My name is Ulf Cuny and I come from Jena. My personal gastronomic history begins with my apprenticeship as a chef in the renowned "Parkhotel" in Bremen.
The following stations in Jena and Saale-Holzland expanded my wealth of experience:
• Maxx Hotel / Jena
• Three swans / Bad Klosterlausnitz
• Rothehofsmühle / Wolfersdorf
• as well as the traditional paper mill in Jena for many years.
I am a body and soul cook, you can see that at first glance and you will taste it with every bite. Your satisfaction is my greatest pleasure - and that is exactly what I am concerned with.
